As an Empowered Professional, ISTE Standards for Educators, You should continually improve your practice by learning from and with others. Building your own personalized Learning Network is a great way to do this. Building this network using digital tools can help you stay current with research that supports improved student learning outcomes etc. as well. Also as a Learning Catalyst you should dedicate time to collaborate with both colleagues and students. You can use digital collaboration tools to work with other educators locally and globally. This is also an excellent example as we ask students to do the same thing.

Using Office 365 or G suite products really depends on who you are collaborating with. I have used either or depending on who I am working with. I have also started using facebook private groups as well.
